黄土高原生态环境脆弱区旅游扶贫效应感知研究——以陕西省洛川县谷咀村为例

Study of feeling effects of pro-poor tourism in fragile eco-environment areas of Loess Plateau——Take Guzui village of Shanxi province as an example

旅游扶贫对黄土高原生态环境脆弱贫困区经济、社会可持续发展意义重大。通过对陕西省洛川县谷咀村进行实地调查,分析了居民对旅游扶贫的经济、社会、环境效应的感知。结果表明,居民对旅游扶贫的正面效应感知明显,旅游扶贫具有促进经济发展、提高居民素质、保护黄土地貌等作用。谷咀村居民参与旅游的热情高,对旅游持明显的支持态度。今后在旅游扶贫中,应注重为居民提供更多的就业机会,加强与周边景区的合作,提高居民在旅游企业中的就业比重。同时,完善旅游产品结构,发挥特色农业、特色文化优势,大力开拓旅游市场,提高旅游扶贫的综合效应。

Pro - poor tourism is of great importance to the sustainable development in economy and society in Loess Plateau with poor eco - environment. Taking an example of Guzui village, Luochuan County in Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzes feeling effects of economy, society, environment of tourism - based poverty elimination by field investigation. Results show that residents hold clear perceptions of positive effects of pro - poor tourism. Pro - poor tourism plays great roles in promoting economic development, improving the quality of residents, and protecting Loess landforms. The residents of Guzui village have high enthusiasm for participating in tourism and supporting tourism obviously. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions of pro - poor tourism. Guzui village should offer more employment opportunities, especially strengthen the cooperation with surrounding scenic spots, and then improve the employment proportion of local residents in tourism enterprises. Simultaneously, it＇ s necessary to perfect the structure of tourism products, take advantage of Characteristics agriculture and cuiture, develop tourism market vigorously, and improve the comprehensive benefits of pro - poor tourism.
