摘要
金属复合板在制造过程中,表面处理对界面的结合最为关键,良好的表面结合状态是达到高强度结合界面的一个重要前提。对复合板的表面处理技术进行了简单概括,并对比了机械处理法、化学处理法及其它处理法的优缺点和使用条件。最后指出,机械处理结合化学脱脂的表面处理方法有利于提高金属复合板的结合质量和生产效率。
Surface preparation is considered to be the most important step of producing clad metals, and bond strength of clad metals greatly depends on the surface preparation. The surface preparation methods, such as mechanical treatment, chemical treatment, electrochemical treatment and other treatment methods, have been briefly overviewed, and their advantages or disadvantages are also described. As a result, mechanical treatment with chemical degreasing plays an important role in improving bond quality and production efficiency of clad plate metals.
