摘要
通过借鉴现代企业"3Q"人才标准以及相关考核员工的方法,构建了高职院校顶岗实习考核的新方法。该方法能比较全面地考核学生道德水平、认知能力、技术水平以及心理情况等多个层面的指标。该考核方法不仅实现比较科学地评价同时也能引导学生积极向IQ、EQ、AQ全面发展的方向努力。
By drawing from 3Q-personnel-standards of modern enterprise,a new kind of appraisal mechanism for the internship of higher vocational college students has been built.The method is a comprehensive assessment of multiple-level indicators including the level of students' moral,cognitive ability,level of technical and psychological situation.The appraisal mechanism can not only achieve the scientific evaluation but also guide students actively to make an effort to develop in allround way of IQ,EQ,AQ.
