摘要
建立了160km/h快速轨道车走行齿轮箱箱体的三维实体模型,对箱体在最大载荷作用工况下,进行结构强度计算与校核,并对齿轮箱箱体进行动力学模态分析。最后将计算结果与箱体静强度试验进行对比,对箱体的结构作出分析结论。
A 3D physical model for the running gear housing of 160km/h railcar is estab- lished for calculation and verification of the structural strength and dynamic model analysis of the gear housing under maximum load. A comparison is finally carried out between the computed results and the static strength testing of the gear housing, and conclusions on the structure of gear housing are reached after systematic analysis.
