枳术消食胶囊对小鼠胃肠运动的影响

Study on Gastric Emptying and Intestinal Propulsion of Zhizhuxiaoshi Capsule in Mice

目的:观察枳术消食胶囊对小鼠胃排空和肠推进功能的影响。方法:用胃排空法观察枳术消食胶囊对正常小鼠胃排空及肠推进功能的影响。结果:与空白组比较,枳术消食胶囊高、中、低剂量组小鼠胃内残留率均降低,炭末推进百分率升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:枳术消食胶囊对小鼠胃排空和肠推进有促进作用。

Objective：To study the effects of Zhizhuxiaoshi capsule on gastric emptying,intestinal propulsion in mice. Methods ：The method of gastric emptying test was used to investigate the effect of Zhizhuxiaoshi capsule on gastric empty and intestinal propulsion in mice. Results：Compared with the blank group,gastric residual rate was decreased obviously, chareoal pushing percentage in intestine was increased in Zhizhuxiaoshi capsule high,middle and low dosage groups（P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：Zhizhuxiaoshi capsule can speed up gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in mice.
