摘要
本文对某款电机电源频率谐波分量下噪声异常的产生因素进行了分析;基于有限元方法进行了静偏心对电磁力的影响分析;结合分析结果和规律,调整了问题电机静偏心量,再次噪声测试显示电机的电源频率谐波分量噪声大幅减少,验证了以上分析和方案的有效性。
In this paper, the reasons that cause the harmonic component in the noise by the asynchronous electric motor is analyzed. The FEM is used to analyze the electromagnetic force under the influence of the eccentricity. After adjusting the eccentricity of the motor, the result shows that the harmonic component in the noise is reduced.
