摘要
目的:研究薜荔药材乙醇提取液不同提取部位的抑菌效果。方法:采用悬液定量抑菌实验测定薜荔药材乙醇提取液不同提取部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌效果。结果:对各菌种的抑菌效果:1、金黄色葡萄球菌:薜荔醇提取液>乙酸乙酯萃取液>正丁醇萃取液>萃后剩余水液;2、大肠杆菌:薜荔醇提取液>乙酸乙酯萃取液;3、白假丝酵母菌:萃后剩余水液>石油醚萃取液。结论:薜荔醇提取液的乙酸乙酯萃取物的抑菌作用最强,石油醚部位仅对白假丝酵母菌有微弱的抑菌作用,故可弃去。
Objective To evaluate the bacteriostasis in different extacts from the ethonal extract of Ficus pumila L.Methods the suspension quantitative germicidal test was utilized .Result the bacteriostasis of the different extracts from the ethonal extract of Ficus pumila L. is as follow: first, Staphylococcus aureus:ethonal extract group of Ficus pumila L〉ethyl acetate extract group〉 butanol extract group〉water solution group〉secondly, Escherlehia eoli:ethonal extract group of Ficus pumila L〉ethyl acetate extract group 〉third,Candida albicans : water solution group 〉 petroleum ether groups. Conclusion The antibacterial activity of the ethyl acetate extract from the ethonal extract of Ficus pumila L. is most powerful.
