摘要
目的研究降低严寒地区农村住宅能耗,提高住宅室内热舒适性.方法设计了外墙保温、更换外窗、增设南向阳光间、屋面保温等几种节能改造方案,利用DeST-h模拟软件对各种改造方案进行冬季采暖能耗的模拟计算,分析了各种措施在降低采暖能耗中的作用大小.结果外墙增设40 mm聚苯板后节能率为24.89%,但是保温层厚度增加至80 mm后,全年累计热负荷相对节能率增加趋势平缓;更换单框双玻塑钢窗、增设南向阳光间,以及增设屋面保温层均可显著降低能耗,相比基础能耗,节能率分别为21.3%,18.5%,11.4%.结论推荐全面节能改造方案为外墙附加80 mm膨胀聚苯板,北向外窗更换为单框双玻塑钢窗,南向附加阳光间,屋面附加80 mm挤塑聚苯板.
In order to reduce the heating energy consumption and improve indoor thermal comfort in china extreme Cold areas rural houses, several methods of energy conservation projects such as using insulations on outer wall,changing the outer windows, using additional southern sunspace and using roof insulation were designed and simulated by DeST-h. When the outer walls were covered with 40ram thermal insulation layer, the energy saving rate was 24. 89% compared to original scheme. However, when insulation layer's thickness exceeds 80mm,the incremental trend of relative energy saving rate turns fiat. The application of plastic-steel window of single frame and double glass, additional southern sunspace, and roof insulation could all signifi- cantly reduce the energy consumption. Compared with the original energy consumption, the energy saving rates is 21.3%, 18.5%, 11.4% respectively. The comprehensive energy saving scheme is recommended to use the outer wall with additional 80 mm EPS, change the northern outer windows with plastic-steel windows of single frame and double glass, add southward sunspace, and use roof with additional 80 mm XPS.
