摘要
离心式压缩机是一种叶片旋转式压缩机,在高速旋转叶轮的作用下及通过扩压器的扩压后,使介质气体压力得到提高,它的安全运行对工业生产有着重要的意义。针对离心式压缩机喘振产生的机理与原因、以及防止喘振发生的条件与措施,进行了较为详细的分析与阐述,为离心式压缩机喘振的在线监测与控制奠定了一定的基础。
The centrifugal compressor is a kind of blade rotary compressor, under the function of the high-speed rotating impeller and the pressure expansion of the diffuser, medium gas pressure is increased, and its safe operation has important significance for the industrial production. In this paper, forming mechanism and causes of the centrifugal compregsor surge were discussed, and control measures were put forward, which can lay a foundation for on-line monitoring and control of the centrifugal compressor surge.
