摘要
为了解决烤后烟叶的回潮问题,采用不同温湿度回潮组合对烤后烟叶进行回潮试验。结果表明,在相同温度条件下,相对湿度从70%增加到90%,初烤烟叶吸湿速度呈现上升的趋势;在相同湿度条件下,温度从30℃增加45℃,烟叶吸湿速度则呈现降低的趋势。烤后烟叶回潮采用高温低湿吸湿速度最慢,但是在30~45℃的范围内,低温高湿吸湿速度快,回潮温度为30℃,相对湿度为90%时,烟叶吸湿速度最快、效果最好。
Dampening test of flue-cured tobacco leaves was conducted by combination of different temperature and relative humidity to accelerate moisture absorption after curing, which connected tightly with improvement of grading efficiency in specialized grading and loose-leaf purchasing. It was turned out that, moisture absorption rate of flue-cured tobacco increased when environmental RH added from 70% to 90% at the same temperature, but it decreased when environmental temperature went up from 30℃ to 45℃ at the same RH. Those results suggested that, the dampening rate of flue-cured tobacco leaves were slow in combinations of high temperature and low RH, but it was fast in combination of low temperature and high RH within 30-45℃. The moisture absorption rate was fastest with the best performance at temperature of 30℃ and RH of 90%.
