摘要
全球气候变暖是现今人类面临的最大挑战,十二五规划年间,我国制定3600万套保障性住房建设的目标。正处于经济转型的关键时期的我国,如何实现经济增长与环境保护的双赢,本文就此进行思考,浅析如何在低碳城市下,进行生态宜居的保障性住房建设。
Global warming is now one of the biggest challenges for the human,During the ＂10.25＂ planning years,China makes the construction aim of 36 million sets of affordable housing.In the key period of economic transformation of our country,how to achieve win-win situation between economic growth and environmental protection,on the thinking of this,we explore ecological construction for livable affordable housing in low carbon cities.
