摘要
采用固定床积分反应器 ,在工业条件下 (2 5 0~ 5 0 0h-1,2 6MPa ,2 40~ 2 70℃ ) ,对压片Fe-Cu -K催化剂进行了F -T合成宏观动力学考查。在稳态下 ,用集总的方法 ,在保持一定的轴向温度分布及取其平均温度条件下 ,求得两组宏观动力学方程 ,两者分别与实验数据吻合较好 ,同时两者之间也存在较好的一致性。
Macro kinetics of F-T Synthesis over a pellet catalyst in a fixed-bed integral reactor was studied under industrial conditions (2 6MPa, 250~500h -1 , 240~275℃) By using lumping method and under steady state, two kinds of kinetic expressions were obtained at a certain axle temperature distribution and its average temperature Both of expressions fitted with experimental data very well and were also in good consistency each other
