摘要
拜城县主要防洪段是台勒外丘克河上下游河段,本次按防洪要求,为保护拜城县城防洪安全,规划在台勒外丘克河穿城河段修建和加固河道两岸堤防,故洪水计算设三处洪水计算断面,得到各设计频率的洪峰流量,计算出各断面的设计洪水位,旨在提高拜城县城市的防洪能力,为城市防洪工程设计提供参考依据。
Baicheng County seat is located in the plain areas of the central parts the basin surrounding by mountains. There are two rivers near the County,the Tailewaiqiuk River and the Kurukaiken River. The Tailewaiqiuk River basin is situated in the south base of the Tianshan Mountains. Flowing through the northeast of the county,the Kurukaiken River is a seasonal river on the left side of the downstream of the Tailewaiqiuk River. The main flood control section in the County covers the upper reaches and downstream of the Tailewaiqiuk River. To secure the county seat safe, we have planned to build and reinforce the emban^nents on both sides of Tailewaiqiuk River in the County. In flood calculation, we have set three flood calculating sections to get the flood peak discharges in each design frequency and to figure out the design flood level of each section. All this is to boost flood control capacity of Baicheng County and to provide some references for project design of urban flood control.
