摘要
介绍空冷器在化纤聚酯项目中的一项应用成果。原聚酯生产工艺流程通过冷却水列管式换热器将100.5℃的酯化蒸汽降至55℃,现改为用空冷器和板式换热器进行冷凝冷却。改造后大大降低了运行成本,原水泵运行功率为420 kW,改造后空冷器和板式换热器运行功率为88 kW,节约电力332 kW,并且基本不再需要冷却水,节能节水效果明显。论述了冷却方案的选择和空冷器的设计、空冷器的特点、运行结果和经济效益以及投资回收周期。
Describes the application of air cooler in the chemical fiber polyester project. The temperature of esterifying steam was cooled down to 55℃ from 100.5℃ by cooling water tubular heat exchanger in original polyester production process, but now the cooling water tubular heat exchanger is replaced by air cooler and plate heat exchanger. After the transformation, the operating cost is greatly reduced, the operating power of original pump is 420 kW, and the power of air cooler and plate heat exchanger is 88 kW, it could save 332 kW, and no longer need cooling water, so the water and energy saving effect is obvious. The paper also describes the selection of cooling scheme, design and characteristics of air cooler, operating results, economic benefits, as well as the investment recovery period.
