摘要
用 TGA、 DTG和 DTA法研究了石油沥青球和煤沥青球在空气中的热反应特性,研究了沥青球氧化稳定化的反应特点及其与沥青球组成与结构的关系。结果表明:石油沥青球由于与氧气的反应活性较强,更难于不熔化;增加萘含量和提高原沥青的软化点有利于沥青球的不熔化。
The oxidative stabilization of pitch spheres from coal tar and petroleum pitch, respectively, was studied by TGA (Thermal Gravimetric Analysis), DTG (Different Thermal Gravimetry) and DTA (Different Thermal Analysis). The results show that pitch spheres derived from petroleum pitch was difficult to be stabilized comparing with the spheres from coal tar pitch because the former one had excess reactivity with oxygen, the stabilization became easier as the added naphthalene content and the softening point of raw pitch increased.
