L-精氨酸对肠缺血再灌注时肺及血清IL-6、8及TNFα的影响

EFFECT OF L-ARGININE ON LUNG AND BLOOD IL-6,8 AND TNF α LEVELS DURING INTESTINAL ISCHEMIA REPERFUSION

目的 :探讨 L-精氨酸对肠缺血再灌注时大鼠肺及血清中 IL- 6、IL- 8及 TNFα的影响。方法 :制作幼鼠小肠缺血再灌注模型 ,用 L-精氨酸进行实验性预防 ,应用放射免疫法测定 TNFα含量 ,ELISA法测定 IL-6、IL- 8水平。结果 :S组 IL- 6水平显著高于 IR组及 L-精氨酸组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,IL- 8和 TNFα在各组中差异无显著性。结论 :L-精氨酸对肠缺血再灌注损伤早期血清及肺中炎症介质 IL- 6、8及 TNFα水平的影响不明显。

Objective:To investigate the effect of L arginine on lung and blood IL 6,8 and TNF α levels during intestinal ischemia reperfusion.Method:small intestinal ischemia reperfusion models were created in 20 young SD rats.L arginine was used intravenously as preventive drug.TNF α level was determined by radioimmune method,and IL 6,8 level by ELISA method.Results:IL 6 concentration was significantly lower in S group than that in IR and IR+L arg groups.IL 8 and TNF α levels were no statistical defference in the three groups.Conclusions:Lung and blood IL 6,8 and TNF α levls were little influenced by L arginine during early stage of intestinal ischemia reperfusion.
