摘要
在ANSYS软件中建立托辊辊皮与轴承座焊接件的有限元模型,施加约束和工作载荷后对其进行有限元分析,得到了位移及等效应力分布规律;探讨了提高辊皮刚度的方法,得到了增加圆环的数量对辊皮刚度的影响规律;最后采用在辊皮内增加两个圆环的方法,结果显示最大位移值减小了66.5%,最大应力值减小了84.8%,提高了辊皮的刚度,同时也使其应力分布更均匀,从而提高了托辊的使用寿命。
A FEA model of roller sheet and welding parts of bearing seat was established in ANSYS software,and then FEA was carried out after constraints and loadings applied onto the model.The distribution laws of displacement and equivalent stress were obtained.In addition,the methods of enhancing the stiffness of the roller sheet were discussed,and in? uential laws of number of rings on the stiffness of the roller sheet were obtained.At last,two rings were added into the roller sheet,which led to the maximum displacement and the maximum stress separately reduced by 66.5% and 84.8%.Thus the stiffness of the roller sheet improved,and the stress distributed more uniform and the roller lifespan increased.
