摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定了两种降糖药物中元素含量。结果显示 ,两种降糖药物中Mn、Zn、Ni较为丰富 ,明显高于正常值 ,其中Mn、Fe、Zn高于正常值的 2~ 170倍。提示两种降糖药物的元素含量 ,对纠正糖尿病患者的元素紊乱 ,有一定的临床意义。
The content of elements in two kinds of blood-sugar decreasing medicines was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).The results showed that the content of Mn,Zn,Ni in two medicines was comparatively rich and higher than normal obviously. The content of Mn,Fe and Zn was 2~170 times highter than the normal value,which indicates that these two kinds of blood-sugar medicines have their significance on improving the disorder of elements in patients with diabetes.
