直接数字化摄影在婴幼儿胸片中的应用价值

Direct digital radiography （DR） Value of chest radiography in children

目的：观察直接数字化摄影（DR）在婴幼儿胸片摄影中的应用价值。方法：抽取我院DR与传统X线拍摄的婴幼儿胸片各180份。对比两组胸片的质量、清晰度。结果：观察组的胸片质量与清晰度明显较对照组高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：直接数字化摄影具有质量高、清晰度高、受照射剂量小等优点，对小儿胸片痰病具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective：To observe the direct digital radiography （DR） Value of chest radiography in children. Methods：Extract hospital DR and con-ventional x-ray taken the infant chest radiograph 180. Result： The chest X-ray quality and clarity of the observation group was significantly higherI I than the control group the difference was significant （P d0.05）. Conclusion ; DR with high quality, high-definition by the irradiation dose of the ad-vantages of small pediatric chest X-ray disease.
