摘要
质量是事物主客观规定性的量度表达,反映事物的存在特性及其与主体需要的匹配符合关系,具有一定的相对性,处于不断的生成过程中。教育质量是对培养人的服务规定性的量度表达,是教育投入产出的效率以及达到顾客满意的有效程度的反映,是通过价值分析所实现的对教育服务规定特性的科学把握,具有功能性、经济性和文明性特征。教育质量追求教育服务的功能性实现,教育质量的高低则取决于其经济性的不断超越,文明性则大大提升着教育质量功能性和经济性的人本价值,体现着教育的育人本质。
Quality is an expression for measuring a subjective and objective regulation, which shows the characteristics of things and the match relationship between subjective need and the thing, which is relative and is in the process of continuous growth. The quality of education is an expression for measuring the service of cultivating talents, the efficiency between the input and output in educational field and the satisfactory degree of service object, which realizes scientifically grasping the regulation of the educational service through analyzing the value. The characteristics of education quality are functionality, e- conomy and civilization. Education quality is to realize the functionality of education service. The degree of quality of education depends on its economic development. The civilization improves the functionality of education quality, and the hu- manistic value of the economy, which shows the essence of cultivating talents.
