摘要
西南石油学院研制了一系列疏水缔合两性水溶性聚合物 ,其中一些可用于大庆油田的三元复合驱和聚合物驱。本文报道了以下室内研究结果。 ( 1 )在ASP体系中该聚合物用量仅为 70 0— 80 0mg/L ,而大庆产高分子量( 1 430万 )HPAM的用量为 2 0 0 0— 2 50 0mg/L ,超高分子量 ( 2 2 0 0万 )HPAM为 1 30 0— 1 40 0mg/L。 ( 2 )所配ASP体系的粘度、界面张力、稳定性等性能符合大庆油田要求 ,驱油效果不低于大庆油田现用体系 (提高采收率 >2 0 %OOIP)。 ( 3)用大庆油田采出污水配制的粘度达到 40mPa·s的聚合物溶液 ,浓度仅为 80 0— 90 0mg/L ,而大庆产高分子量 ( 1 430万 )HPAM的浓度为 1 70 0mg/L。这类聚合物的生产成本与超高分子量HPAM大体相当。
A series of hydrophobically associating amphoteric polymers(HAAPs) are prepared in Southwest Petroleum Institute and some of them can be used as flooding chemicals in EOR(ASP and polymer flood). This paper presents the results of laboratory investigations:(1) The use level of HAAPs in ASP solutions is low(700-800 mg/L only) in contrast to that of HPAM with w=1.43×10 6(2 000-2 500 mg/L) and that of HPAM with w=2.2×10 7(1 300-1 400 mg/L). (2) The viscosity, interfacial tension and stability of the HAAP based ASP solutions are satisfactory. (3) For preparing polymer solutions of viscosity 40 mPa·s in oilfield produced water of Daqing, 800-900 mg/L of HAAPs or 1 700 mg/L of HPAM with w=1.43×10 7 is needed.
