摘要
研究了.Net框架下C/S模式的金属热处理计算机辅助工艺设计(MHTCAPP)系统的开发。使用C#语言作为前台开发工具,Microsoft SQL Server作为后台数据库管理,以保证系统稳定、高效运行。基于软件生命周期法,从需求分析、总体设计、数据库设计以及详细设计等方面深入分析了系统的构建方法。MHTCAPP系统实现了常规热处理工艺的计算机辅助设计,结果可靠。系统提供了关于材料信息、工艺信息的多模式查询功能;具有可更新、可拓展性,并具有用户权限设置功能,保证系统数据安全。
The development of metal heat treatment computer aided process planning ( MHTCAPP for short) system with the C/S mode under Net Framework was studied. In order to ensure stable and effective running of the system, the onstage development of this system was programed using C# language as down stage developing tool and Microsoft SQL Server as the backstage database management. Based on the software life cycle method, the building of MHTCAPP system was deeply analyzed from demand analysis, overall design, database design, detailed design and so on. MHTCAPP system realizes the computer aided optimization design of conventional heat-treatment technology and the consequence is reliable The system can inquire the materials information and process information by multi-mode method, and can be updated, expanded Besides all, the system can set permissions for users in order to protect the data security.
