血浆hs-CRP水平与慢性肾功能不全患者肌酐清除率的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估血浆超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与慢性肾功能不全患者肌酐清除率的关系。方法收集98例慢性肾功能不全患者以及25例健康人群作为对照组,评估所有入选者血浆尿素氮、肌酐、清蛋白、hs-CRP水平,采用MDRD公式计算肌酐清除率;同时采用Pearson相关分析血浆hs-CRP水平与肌酐清除率关系。结果 (1)随着慢性肾脏病分期的进展,慢性肾功能不全患者血浆尿素氮、肌酐和hs-CRP水平呈逐渐升高,而血浆清蛋白水平和肌酐清除率则逐渐降低(P<0.05);(2)Pearson相关性分析提示,慢性肾功能不全患者血浆hs-CRP水平与肌酐清除率呈负相关(r=-0.816,P<0.05),对于肾功能正常对照组,其血浆hs-CRP水平与肌酐清除率无明显相关(r=-0.366,P=0.164)。结论对于慢性肾功能不全患者,其血浆hs-CRP水平与内生肌酐清除率具有较好相关性,检测血浆hs-CRP水平联合其他指标能够更好地评估慢性肾功能不全患者总体状况。 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum level of hs-CRP with the creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) in the patients with chronic kidney dysfunction.Methods 98 patients defined as chronic kidney dysfunction and 25 healthy populations as control group were enrolled.Serum levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),hs-CRP and albumin(ALB) were evaluated and Ccr was calculated with MDRD formulation.The relationship of serum level of hs-CRP with Ccr was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results(1) Serum levels of BUN,Cr and hs-CRP were gradually increased with the progression of CKD stage in the patient with chronic kidney dysfunction,while serum levels of ALB and Ccr were decreased gradually.(2) Serum level of hs-CRP was negatively correlated with Ccr in the patient with chronic kidney dysfunction(r=-0.816,P0.05),and to the control group,serum level of hs-CRP had insignificant correlation with Ccr(r=-0.366,P=0.164).Conclusion Serum level of hs-CRP has significant correlation with Ccr in the patient with chronic kidney dysfunction,and the combination detection of hs-CRP with other indicators could be used to better evaluate the total status of the patient with chronic kidney dysfunction.
