贴壁角阀因结构特殊、尺寸较大,用于制造阀体及阀内件的金属材料贵重,使其成为PTA工程中仪控设计的重点之一。阀体和阀内件的材质要根据阀门所控制的工艺介质的腐蚀性和操作温度进行选择;阀门的作用形式和阀芯的类型根据阀门的安装位置和控制功能进行选择,安装在设备外壁的一般选择正作用形式,安装在管道外壁的一般选择反作用形式;阀门的执行机构依据力矩需求进行选择。由于贴壁角阀的重要作用,建议选用智能阀门定位器,通过智能阀门定位器传递的一些阀门性能参数,对贴壁角阀进行预测性维护。
Tank wall angle type control valve comes to be one of the key of instruments engineering in PTA project for its special structure, large size and expensive metal material of body and trims. The selection of valve body and trims material is based on causticity of process fluid and operation temperature. The selection of value action type and plug type are followed with installation position and control function. Positive action valve is installed on equipment external wall and reverse action valve is installed on the pipeline external wall. The valve actuator is selected according to the torque required. Due to its importance, smart valve positioner is suggested. By the valve performance parameters transferred from smart positioner, the predictive maintenance can be followed.
