摘要 高校管理应亟需构建合理、可行的绩效评价体系,运用科学高效的绩效评价方法,以大力提升高校行政管理人员的管理服务水平。文章基于当前对高校行政管理研究的最新成果,构建了高校行政管理人员绩效考核评价指标体系,同时,将熵权法引入高校行政管理人员绩效评价,根据评价指标数据提供的客观信息量对高校行政管理人员绩效进行多目标客观综合评价。在此基础上,提出了两种绩效提升策略,帮助行政管理部门和行政管理者快速分析判断最优化绩效提升措施,不断提升绩效管理水平。 The construction of reasonable and feasible performance assessment system, the usage of sci- entific approach on performance assessment and the improvement of administration and service level are the important issues that needs to be solved. Based on the latest research results of university ad- ministration, an index system of the performance assessment of the administration staff in universities is constructed in this paper. The entropy method is introduced to assess the performance of the admin- istration staff from the multi-objective aspects according to the objective information content shown by the index data. Two kinds of promotion strategies are also put forward that can help the administra- tive departments and the administration staff quickly analyze and judge the optimization measures of performance promotion so as to improve the administrative level.
