摘要
石油工程企业基层班组中存在着价值取向发生偏颇、个人成就感不足、工作缺乏创新、不公平感日趋增长的问题。因此,班组建设应重视员工的个人需求、心理感受和个性差异。在工作中,要重细节,锤炼员工的工作作风;重品质,提高员工的综合素质;重责任,增强员工的敬业精神。
In the basic level team there are some problems,such as incorrect value orientation,lack of sense of personal achievements,lack of innovation in the work and growing sense of unfairness,etc.Therefore,Team building requires paying attention to employees' personal needs,psychological feeling and individuality difference.In practice,an effort should be made to temper employees' work style,improve their overall quality and enhance their professional dedication.
