摘要
目的 :为了模拟核医学治疗中的瘤内注射法 ,研制了肝肿瘤等效材料。方法 :应用热释光方法实测32 P在肝肿瘤等效材料和鼠瘤中的剂量分布。结果 :在距32 P球源 0 8mm处约 6 0 %的 β能量被吸收。这一方法解决了直接测量肿瘤剂量分布问题 。
Object:To simulate intratumor injection method of radionuclide therapy.The tumors equivalent material were studied and produced.Method:Dose distribution of 32 P spherical source in liver cancer equivalent material and rat tumor were measured with thermoluminescence dosimeter.Results:Beta energy(about 60%)were absorbed between the 32 P spherical source surface and 0.8mm.The problem of direct measurement of tumor dose distribution were solved with this method,and promote development of radionuclide therapy technique.
