摘要
针对国内钢铁企业在使用圆盘剪切机进行剪切薄板带钢时,普遍出现断面毛刺的现象,通过理论分析结合有限元仿真,建立了剪切系统的三维模型,赋予实际作业工况,探求剪刃重合度、间隙剪等切工艺参数与剪切断面层次分布的关系。并以理论力学、材料力学、弹塑性力学的相关知识为基础,分析得出"取点分层法"。最后通过"取点分层法"得到了重合度、间隙与带钢剪切断面层次比例的关系以及对剪切工艺的影响因素,最终通过与经典剪切理论的对比,验证了仿真结果的正确性。
In, view of the generally phenomenon of section burr in the use of disk shearing machine far shearing plate .~trip with domestic iron and steel enterprises,thro,gh using the theory analysis combined with finite element software simulation tools in article ,a shear system model on the simplified principle with condition of the actual operating is established,exploring the relationship between cutting edge coincidence degree ,gap shear process parameters and the level of distribution of shearing section.A nd with theoretical mechanics,material mechanics,the elastic-plastic mechanics knowledge as the foundation,the method of taking hierarchical is got.A nd through the "taking hierarchical method"the relationship of the coincidence degree ,clearance and strip shearing section level proportion as well as on the factors on shear technology is got.Finally using the theoretical knowledge demonstrates the accuracy of simulation results.
