摘要
科学有效的薪酬制度和完善的薪酬体系对激发员工的工作积极性和潜力,增强员工对企业的满意度以及对最终提升企业的竞争力都有很大的作用。文章从煤炭企业薪酬管理体系在煤炭企业员工激励机制中的重要性出发,从现有阶段考虑,分析了煤炭企业薪酬管理体系中存在的一些问题,并且提出了有效的解决煤炭企业薪酬管理中问题的改进建议和一些措施。
Scientific,effective and mature payment system plays an important role in motivating employees' enthusiasm and potential,increases employees' satisfaction with the enterprise,and finally promoting enterprise's competitive force.Starting from the importance of a coal enterprise's payment system in its employee motivation mechanism,the paper analyzes the problems in the payment management system of coal enterprises,and raises some effective suggestions and measures for solving these problems and improving the system.
