摘要
目的:观察电针治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)对肝功能、体重指数、血脂、瘦素、脂联素、胰岛素抵抗指数的影响;方法:对35例患者治疗前后分别检测肝功能、血脂、瘦素、脂联素、并计算胰岛素抵抗指数,比较治疗前后有无显著性差异。结果:35例患者治疗后肝功能、血脂、瘦素、胰岛素抵抗指数均明显下降,脂联素明显升高。结论:电针治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病可降低血清瘦素水平、改善胰岛素抵抗,增加肝细胞对胰岛素的敏感性,从而调节血脂代谢,达到治疗NAFLD的作用。
Objective： To observe the impact of treating NAFLD by electro-acupuncture for liver function, body mass index, blood lipids, leptin, adiponectin hormone, insulin resistance index. Methods： 35 patients with liver function, blood lipids, leptin, adiponectin hormone were measured before and after treatment, and insulin resistance index, and whether there were significant differences before and after treatment. Results： 35 patients after treatment, liver function, blood lipids, leptin, and insulin resistance index decreased significantly higher adiponectin. Conclusion： Treating NAFLD by electro-acupuncture can lower serum leptin levels and improve insulin resistance, increase the sensitivity of liver cells to insulin, thereby regulating lipid metabolism, treatment NAFLD role is reached.
