摘要
介绍了现行山洪灾害预警模式,并分析了其不足之处。提出常规天气预报很难对引起强降水的中小尺度系统做出定时、定点和定量预报,其结论对山洪灾害预警几乎没有实际应用价值;多普勒雷达具有很高的时空分辨率,结合自动雨量站,可实现对强降水的实时监测和短临预警。如果在现行山洪灾害预警模式中,加强潜在受灾地区人员与技术部们的沟通,结合人工雨量报警,将极大提高多普勒雷达实时监测强降水的能力,在山洪灾害预警中就能发挥更重大的作用。
Existing early warning models of mountain flood disasters, were introduced, and deficiencies of these models analyzed. It was concluded that conventional weather forecast was impossible to forecast mesoscale and microscale systems of the strong rainfall in specific time, location and quantity, thus it was not practical for the early warning of mountain flood disasters. Doppler radar with high time-space resolution is capable of real-time monitoring and short-term and impending warning of strong rainfall with the help of automatic rainfall station. In the existing mountain flood forecast models, if the communication between locals in the potential influenced areas and technical departments is enhanced, artificial rainfall alarm is combined, the capacity of Doppler radar in real-time monitoring of strong rainfall will be greatly improved, and its role in the early warning of mountain flood disasters better played.
