摘要 从提高碳黑/硅橡胶复合材料的受力结构与导电网络的稳定性和均匀性入手,研究了优化硅橡胶硫化成型条件、引入纳米增强相和复配使用导电粒子等对碳黑/硅橡胶复合材料压阻性能稳定性的影响。结果表明:当硫化成型条件为145℃/100 min、纳米氧化铝用量为2%和氧化钌用量为5%时,碳黑/硅橡胶复合材料获得了稳定的压阻性能。在反复压缩5次的过程中,压阻曲线基本重合。 From increasing the stability and uniformity of stress structure and conductive network of carbon black/silicone rubber composites, the effects of optimizing vulcanization molding condition, adding nano reinforcement and matching conductive particles on the piezoresistive properties stability of carbon black/silicone rubber composites were studied. The results indicate that when the vulcanization molding condition is 145 ℃/100 rain, the amounts of nano-alumina and ruthenium oxide are 2% and 5%, the carbon/silicone rubber composites obtains stable piezoresistive properties. During five times loading process, the piezoresistive curves are almost superposed.
