钛合金零件带孔面铣削刀具的优化 被引量:1

摘要 在零件实际加工过程中,若要达到预期加工效率,则刀具刀片易磨损,加工时的安全性亦得不到保证;调小加工参数虽能满足后者,但加工效率损失很多.为缓解这一矛盾,对带有预钻孔钛合金零件面铣削加工刀具进行优化,在实现稳定切削的同时,加工单件成本节约54.57美元,最终实现这一具体工况下的面铣削刀具的最优化. During the actual machining, to reach the goal of machining efficiency, the inserts wear very quickly. At the same time, the safety in the machining can't be guaranteed. Reducing the ma- chining parameters can prolong a better tool life for inserts and guarantee the machining safety, but machining efficiency decreases a lot. To balance them, the writer optimizes the cutter in milling the face with produced holes. The material of the part is titanium alloy. It achieves the stable cutting and the cost is saved $ 54. 57 per piece. The expected cutter optimization for face milling in this particular machining status is realized.
