Construction of harmonious enterprises based on ANP

针对和谐企业的研究现状,明确和谐企业的内容,采用问卷调查和李克特5级量表构建和谐企业评价指标体系,采用网络层次分析法(ANP)进行评价,得出了各个指标的重要性程度,明确和谐企业建设应重点加强的内容和薄弱环节,为和谐企业建设提供了重要依据。

In view of the researches and the content of harmonious enterprises, an evaluation index sys- tem for the harmonious enterprise was established based on a questionnaire investigation and a 5-point Likert scale. ANP was adopted to calculate the relative weights of each index. Further, it makes clear the crucial point to be strengthened and the weak links in the construction of harmonious enterprises, which provides an important basis for the construction of harmonious enterprises.
