肠易激综合征患者大脑皮质兴奋性与腹痛、焦虑或抑郁的关系 被引量:7

摘要 肠易激综合征(irrita blebowel syndrome,IBS)是最常见的功能性胃肠病,患者长期受到排便相关的腹痛或腹部不适等困扰,并常伴有焦虑、抑郁等情绪障碍。近年来国内外研究者应用功能性脑成像技术证实:IBS患者在直肠扩张刺激时可出现局部大脑皮质区激活,其中以前扣带回(ACC)、岛叶(IC)报道最多。ACC、IC参与内脏痛觉的中枢调节和情感唤醒机制。那么,ACC、IC的兴奋性与IBS患者的腹痛和情绪障碍存在着什么样的联系,现结合近年来IBS功能性脑成像研究的结果综述如下。
