苏南自主创新示范区发展基础、面临形势与发展建议

"十二五"期间,江苏将实现以创新驱动为主的第三次战略转型,苏南地区更要发挥创新发展和转型升级的引领作用。为此,江苏省委、省政府提出建设苏南自主创新示范区。本文分析了苏南地区发展基础和面临的形势,通过国内外状况比较,提出苏南自主创新示范区建设应依托高新区集约化发展、集聚大资源国际化发展、争取大项目集约化发展、培育大企业集约化发展的建议。

During the ＂12th Five-Year＂period, Jiang- su will achieve to the third strategic transformation based on innovation driving, and Southern Jiangsu should play the leading role of innovation development and the transformation upgrading. To this end, the Jiangsu provincial government proposed the construc- tion of Innovation Model Zone in southern Jiangsu. This paper analyzed the foundation for the development in southern Jiangsu and the situation faced by the domes- tic and international situation, and then proposed that the Construction of Southern Jiangsu Innovation Model Zone should rely on the intensive development of high-tech zones, gathering resources of the international development, striving for the intensive devel- opment of large projects, fostering the recommenda- tions of the intensive development of large enterprises.
