缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿血清白细胞介素-8水平和中性粒细胞表面黏附分子CD_(11b)表达的变化 被引量:7

Changes of Serum Interleukin-8 Level and Neutrophil Adhesion Molecule CD_(11b) Expression in Newborns with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy

摘要 目的观察缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿外周血IL-8和中性粒细胞表面黏附分子CD11b表达水平的变化,探讨其在HIE发病中的临床意义。方法选取HIE 94例患儿为HIE组。其中轻度25例,中度31例,重度38例;另选同期本院出生的32例健康新生儿为健康对照组。分别采用ELISA和流式细胞术检测2组新生儿血清IL-8、CD11b表达水平。并对HIE患儿IL-8与CD11b的相关性进行分析。结果 HIE组血清IL-8水平和CD11b表达水平均显著高于健康对照组(Pa<0.01)。轻度、中度、重度HIE患儿血清IL-8水平和CD11b表达量均较健康对照组明显增高(Pa<0.05),组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(Pa<0.05),其中重度HIE患儿表达最高。HIE患儿血清IL-8水平与CD11b表达量呈显著正相关(r=0.84,P<0.01)。结论 IL-8和CD11b可能在HIE发病机制中起重要作用,可作为病情判断及预后评估的观察指标之一。 Objective To observe the changes and clinical significance of peripheral blood interleukin -8 (IL-8) level and neutrophil adhesion molecule CD11b expression in newborns with hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods Ninety - four neonates, including 25 cases of mild HIE ,31 cases of moderate HIE, and 38 cases of severe HIE were selected as HIE group. At the same time,32 cases of healthy newborns were selected as healthy control group. The levels of serum IL - 8 and CD11b expression in 2 groups were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and flow cytometry, respectively. Correlation analysis was performed between IL-8 and CD11b in children with HIE. Re-suits The serum IL - 8 level and CD11b expressions were significantly higher in HIE group than those in healthy control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with healthy control group, serum IL-8 level and CD11b expression in mild,moderate and severe HIE patients were markedly in-creased( Pa 〈 0.05 ), the differences among the 3 groups were also significant( Pa 〈 0.05 ), and they were the highest in patients with severe HIE. There were positive correlation between IL-8 and CD11b in HIE group( r =0.84 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions IL-8 and CD11b may play significant roles in the pathogenesis of HIE,which can be as new indicators for assessing the severity and predicting the prognosis of HIE.
