摘要
安全端是蒸汽发生器等核岛主设备上一种异种钢焊接结构,为保证核电站的安全运行,对安全端的焊接质量要求很高,其焊接工艺难度非常大。文中对蒸汽发生器安全端结构进行了介绍,结合焊接工艺评定,对焊接坡口的设计、焊接材料的选择和窄间隙焊接的工艺参数进行了试验研究,并将试验结果应用到产品焊接中,达到了良好的效果。
Safe-end joint is a dissimilar metal joint in steam generator of nuclear island.The focus of manufacturing steam generator is the safe-end welding.The structure of safe-end was introduced from design of groove,selection of filler metal and determination of welding parameters. Welding procedure qualification and product application for safe-end were briefly described.It is successful to apply the procedure in EPR nuclear power steam generator.
