With the development of computer and technical of internet, Internet insurance appear. It causes a new development chance for industry of insurance. We mainly introduce reason, condition and development of internet insurance. In the base o f integrative analysis of development of internet insurance in China, we give some critical questions must be solved in the process of internet insuance's development.
