摘要
高等教育发展全面进入内涵建设时期,学生工作应主动适应形势发展,把握教育规律,促进管理理念的创新;把握时代特征,促进教育载体的创新;把握政策导向,促进管理机制的创新;把握青年特点,促进管理方式的创新,不断完善管理机制、健全工作方式,构建教育、管理、服务三位一体的大学生思想政治工作新模式。
With the domestic higher education development progression entering fully into the phase of innovative construction,administrators are supposed to do as follows in terms of student affairs：to adjust themselves positively to the present situation, master the educational regulations as well as enhance the innovation of administrative concepts;to avail themselves of the features of the 21st century and promote the innovation of educational basis;to familiarize themselves ,of the policy orientation and accelerate the innovation of administrative mechanism;to facilitate administrative method innovation according to the properties of the youth; to perfect the administrative mechanism and means continuously,and hence a new mode of college student ideological education can be formed, carrving the triple structure of education,administration and service.
