摘要
通过分析双离合器自动变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)的换挡过程,建立了双离合器的简化三维模型,并成功将其导入到ADAMS中,并根据DCT换挡过程的实际工况,添加约束、驱动和负载,建立了双离合器的虚拟样机模型。为了研究正压力的变化规律对换挡时间的影响,通过改变施加于双离合器上的正压力,仿真输出结合离合器的角速度输出曲线,实现了对双离合器换挡时间的运动仿真,仿真试验的结果表明正压力的变化与换挡时间有直接的联系。
A simplified three-dimensional model of the double-clutch was established after analyzing the gearshift process of the dual-clutch automatic transmission, and successfully imported into ADAMS. According to the actual condition of the DCT gearshift process, complete virtual prototype model was finished after appended constraints, drive and load to the model. In order to study the impact of the pressure variation on the gearshift time, change the positive pressure on the dual-clutch, and output the angular velocity of the combined clutch. The simulation results indicates that positive pressure change have a direct link with the gearshift time.
