吸收能力的研究评述——基于知识创新的动态理论视角

Study on the Absorptive Capability based on the Dynamic Theory of Knowledge Innovation

本文对近22年的有关吸收能力的研究进行回顾,以了解吸收能力的内涵、操作化以及具体的应用情境,为后期更好地运用吸收能力来开展研究做一个铺垫。基于知识创新的动态理论视角,本文认为认知外部信息的价值是构成吸收能力的一个重要维度。其次,在测量吸收能力的时候应该体现吸收能力的过程性特征并需关注微观层面的研究。最后,吸收能力的应用情境除了研发情境外,还应考虑非研发情境,如管理技能、市场营销专长等。

This article reviews the past 22 years of research on the subject of absorptive capacity to get more knowledge about the connotation, the measurement and the specific application situation of absorptive capacity. Based on the dynamic theory of knowledge innoration, we suggest that recognition the value of external knowledge should be one of the components of absorptive capacity. The measurement of absorptive capacity should demonstrate the procedure nature, and future research should pay more attention to the miero-level of absorptive capacity and the transfer between different levels. Finally, the application situation of absorptive capacity should be included other circumstance instead of limiting in the R＆D circumstance.
