摘要
2月27日,某矿10414工作面和组装硐室内发生火灾,采用注水灭火措施在短时间内控制了火灾,但随后又有扩大趋势。3月1日,采用底板巷穿层钻孔注氮气和三相泡沫为主的综合防灭火技术,8 h内,墙外和回风流中CO浓度下降为0 ppm,墙内CO浓度降低到200 ppm,O2浓度降低至3%,高温火点被扑灭,消除了火灾诱发瓦斯爆炸的可能,综合防灭火技术在10414工作面火灾治理中取得成功。
Fire accident happened in the 10414 face and the assembly chamber on February 27.At that time,water-injecting extinguishing measure was taken,fire was controlled in a short time but then the fire widened.On March 1,a comprehensive fire control measure,which mainly applied nitrogen and three-phase foam injection by borehole through the strata from the floor gateway,was taken for eight hours,and the concentration of CO out the wall and in the air return roadway decreased to zero,it was 200 ppm in the wall,at the same time the oxygen concentration was down to 3%,these meant that all high-temperature ignition points had already been extinguished,so the possibility of fire-induced gas explosion was eliminated.The application of comprehensive fire prevention and control technology in the 10414 working face was proved to be successful.
