摘要
研究了稀土元素铕(Ⅲ)与胭脂红酸反应体系的共振光散射特性,在磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸缓冲溶液(pH 7.50)中,铕(Ⅲ)的加入使胭脂红酸的共振光散射(RLS)明显增强,在最大散射峰303nm处,RLS信号增强值ΔI(I-I0)与铕(Ⅲ)浓度在1.00×10-9~1.00×10-4 mol.L-1范围内呈线性。方法的检出限(3S/N)为2.52×10-10 mol.L-1。
Resonance light scattering (RLS) property of the raction between Eu(Ⅲ )and carminic acid in Na2HPO4-citric acid buffer solution of pH 7.50 was studied. Upon the addition of Eu(Ⅲ ) to the reaction solution containing definite amount of carminic acid, significant enhancement of intensity of RLS was observed at the optimum wavelength of 303 nm, and linear relationship between the magnitude of increase in RLS intensity AI( I-I0 ) and concentration of Eu (Ⅲ) was obtained in the range of 1.00×10^-9~1.00×10^-4 mol·L^-1, with the detection limit (3S/N) of 2.52×10^-10mol·L^-1.
