师范生顶岗实习置换培训模式的意义、现状与策略探析——广东省农村中小学教师置换培训项目的实践与探索

顶岗实习置换培训模式较好地解决了师范生实习难和在职教师培训难问题。广东省农村中小学教师置换培训项目在实施过程中,表现出三个优点,也存在四项不足。针对问题,提出了"加强对顶岗实习置换培训工作的宣传和舆论引导、进行以实践教学为中心的教学改革、加强实习生综合能力的培养、创新实习指导模式、探索顶岗实习的科学评价体系,加强实习经费投入"等积极举措,以期提高顶岗实习置换培训模式的有效性和可持续发展力。

One of the solutions to the problem of normal college students' teaching practice and in-service teachers' training is the replacement teaching practice.The Program of Rural Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Replacement Teaching Practice in Guangdong Province has already manifested three advantages as well as four disadvantages.This article proposes some measures to improve this practice's effectiveness and sustainability,for intance,promoted publicity,pratice-centered teaching reform,strengthened nurturing of students' comprehensive competence,innovated direction,better-structured assessment system and more investment etc.
