摘要
现阶段电厂除灰大多使用以仓泵为代表的浓相型气力输送系统,它以空压机为输送动力源,空压机运行、维护费用高。同时仓储式输送系统的进料阀、出料阀等附件故障率高。为改变现状,该文介绍了一种以稀相输送为理论基础的气力喷射泵输送系统,替代现阶段广泛使用的浓相型输送设备,产生了较好的经济与社会效益。
At this stage the blower tank by the concentrated phase pneumatic ash removal technique is popular in most power plants. The air compressor supplies the power for ash conveying in the conveying system of the blower tank. The cost of operation and maintenance of the air compressor is high. Sim- uhaneously, the failure rate of the discharge and feeding valve of blow tank is high. To improve the present situation, the paper introduces the pneumatic Jetting oumo at the theoretical basis of dilute phase pneumatic conveying to obtain more economical and social efficiency.
