摘要
中国资本市场发展创造了世界资本市场的奇迹,也成为推动中国经济发展不可替代的重要力量。本文回顾总结了中国资本市场的发展历程,指出中国资本市场对中国经济转轨、国有企业改革、经济快速发展等方面的重要作用,最后总结出中国资本市场发展的经验启示。
China＇s capital market development has created miracle of the world capital market.And it has become irreplaceable important force to promote China＇s economy development.Through reviewing the development course of China＇s capital market,this paper points out the role of capital market which has important influence on China＇s economy transformation,the reform of state-owned enterprises and the rapid economy development etc.Finally this paper summers up important experience and enlightenment of China＇s capital market development.
