新经济时代给企业的发展带来了机遇和挑战。在新经济时代,企业为了赢得顾客的忠诚,要不断创新,与时俱进。分析了顾客忠诚的动态性,并提出新经济时代企业赢得顾客忠诚的具体措施。
The new economic era,the development of enterprises to bring new opportunities and challenges.In the new economy,in order to win customer loyalty,but also innovation,advance with the times.This paper analyzes the dynamic nature of customer loyalty,and propose specific measures for the new economic era to win customer loyalty.
