The key to solve ＂Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers＂ lies in farmers＇ scientific level, science and technology can increase rural economical growth and promote the reform of agricultural techniques. Universities should make good use of advantages in the aspects of knowledge, personnel and technologies to send science and technologies to the countryside to train farmers in various ways, which not only will be beneficial to the transformation of scientific research achievements into productivity, but also can further promote agricultural science and tecnology, so as to im- prove the development of rural economy.
