摘要
对处于特殊工作环境下的钢结构中、厚板要在不预热的情况下进行焊接。为防止焊后变形和裂纹,保证焊后机加工余量和机械性能,制定了一系列工艺措施。这些工艺措施成功地控制了工件焊接后产生的变形和裂纹等问题。
This article mainly introduces middle and heavy plates which are welded under no pre-heated. A series of technical measures are established for the purpose of preventing from welding distortion and crack and making sure of machining allowance and mechanical properties. These technical measures have successfully controlled welding distortion and crack after piece welded.
